Outreach
The Outreach Committee has the sensitive task of informing and encouraging the Fellowship without abandoning A.A.'s principles of “attraction rather than promotion.” Outreach efforts are kept within the dignity and spirit of A.A. by preparing and distributing materials about our conference to home groups, to Intergroup Offices, the Area Assembly, to the A.A Grapevine, Box 4-5-9 and I.A.C.

Registration
The primary purpose of the registration committee is to insure the registration process runs smoothly from the months leading up to the conference to our event. Whether it's working at one of our mailing parties, putting together registration packets, or working on the registration desk at the conference, your service is greatly appreciated and needed. If you are ready to do service work, please contact us .
We cannot do this alone and need a team of volunteers to help make this a successful weekend.
